4.4 Termination will result in the removal of access to Dragex Services and all related user data.

7.1 Payment for any of our virtual or physical products is required to be paid in advance, and all payments and fees are non-refundable.

7.2 In the event of a termination following a purchase, we are not accountable for any loss of data, regardless of whether it was paid for or not.

7.3 In the event of physical merchandise being torn, broken, or experiencing any other form of damage, we are not required to provide a replacement, or to initiate further action regarding the matter.
